### 5-Step Interview Strategy
1. **Clarify Inputs & Boundaries**: Ask about empty arrays, negative numbers, space constraints, and integer overflow.
2. **Work Out Concrete Examples**: Walk through sample inputs manually on whiteboard/editor.
3. **Propose Brute-Force Baseline**: State time/space bounds of simple approach first.
4. **Identify Pattern for Optimization**: Apply Sliding Window, Two Pointers, Hash Table, or Binary Search.
5. **Implement & Dry-Run Test Cases**: Write clean code and test edge cases step-by-step.
